The gabion box,also called gabion basket,stone cage net,and reno mattress,is made of high corrossion resistant,high strenth low carbon steel wire,galvanized iron wire,pvc coated iron wire.
The zinc coating for the galvanized wire:60g/m2,80g/m2,120g/m2,240g/m2.or as customer request.according to ASTM and EN
standard,the wire diameter of the gabion is different according to the engineering design requirements,generally it's between 2.0mm-4.0mm,mesh opening normally 80mm*100mm,or60mm*80mm,100mm*120mm,the tensile strength is not less than 38kgs/m2.and the edge line wire dimater of the stone gabion mesh is generally large than the main wire diameter.to ensure the mesh more firm.
